My programme is both for those who are just starting their journey to wellness, and for those who have already been training for some time, but would like to go further, and take their routine to the next level. Also for those who easily lose motivation, and are therefore looking for a programme with new and effective exercises and different training techniques. The programme consists of 4 weeks with 5 training days each, and you will have 100 days from the date you decide to complete it and repeat it to learn the exercises in the best possible way.
